Shipping Policy

 1. SHIPPING TIME 

- National Orders are generally dispatched in 3-5 Days.

- International Orders are dispatched in 5-7 Days.

- Delivery time depends on our courier partners and delivery locations. In few locations delivery may take longer depending on the accessibility of the location by our logistics partners. In such cases, We shall update you via Whatsapp. Meenu Dresses is no way responsible for any damage to the order while in transit to the buyer.

- If the parcel is undelivered due to any unforeseen circumstances then it will be returned to the origin and you will have to pay a shipping fee of ₹250 for back and forth of the parcel.

2.  SHIPPING FEE

- A shipping fee of  ₹160 is applicable on all orders.

- Any Orders to be delivered through (uber/rapido/swiggy) which charge more than the shipping charges levied while checkout are to be borne by the customer itself.

3. ORDER TRACKING 

- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking slip or tracking id. You can use this information to track the progress of your shipment and estimate the delivery date.

4. ADDRESS INFORMATION AND CHANGE OF SHIPPING ADRESS

- Please ensure that you provide accurate and complete shipping information which includes YOUR name ,complete address and contact number ,to avoid any delays or delivery issues. If you need to change the shipping address after placing an order ,please reach out within 24 hrs or before we dispatch the product. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been dispatched.
