 Return & Refund Policy

  • Returns accepted only incase of damaged products from our end. Please contact us within 48hrs of receiving the product to make a return request (We however do thorough quality checks before we ship the product).

 

  • An opening video for the product is compulsion without which we might not accept the return request.

 

  • You can raise the return request by dropping a mail at meenudresses17@gmail.com or Whatsapp us at +91-9000440333.

 

  • The product has to be packed back and shipped to us,the courier charges will be borne by the customer.

 

  • On Recieving the product our team will asses the product,however the garment should be unused and in its original condition with all the tags intact.

 

  • As per the policy we do not provide amount refund, you can either get a new piece or we would provide store credit which can be used for 3 months.

 

Cancellation Policy

 

    • All sales are final and cannot be cancelled once order placed.We cannot accommodate changes or refunds (Since we mostly alter on the same day of placing the order and ship the product on the same day or in 1-2 days of placing the order)

     

    •  As a brand there could be situations where we might miss-out on keep our stock up to date. During those times there might be automatic cancellations that could happened ,however our team will reach out to you and show you available similar options if not the amount paid would be immediately refunded back to you..

    Exchange Policy

    • You can raise a size exchange within 7 days of receiving the outfit by dropping a mail at meenudresses17@gmail.com or Whatsapp us at +91-9000440333.

     

    • We only do size exchange and dont do garment exchange.

     

    • The product has to be packed back and shipped to us. The courier charges will be borne by the customer back and forth.

     

    • On receiving the product our team will assess the product,however the garment should be unused and in its original condition with all the price tags intact.

     

    • Incase the product is damaged it is not applicable for exchange.

     

    • Exchange is not possible if the product has been altered,sleeves attached or washed.

     

    • Products on sale are not applicable for exchanges

     

    • Shipping charges are excluded during the exchange of the products.

     

    ALTERATIONS POLICY

    • This is to bring to notice to our valued customers that while we strive to adhere to provided measurements, alterations to dresses may not always be entirely accurate. This is often due to the unavailability of customers for in-person measurements by our tailor. Please note, we cannot be held responsible for such alterations and regret to inform you that we won't entertain requests for exchanges or refunds on these dresses. Your understanding and cooperation are greatly appreciated.
